Your mission

Location: Denmark (Hybrid)

As Clinical Partnership Director, you are the clinical voice of QUMEA in Denmark. You drive clinical credibility, validate the value of our solutions, and enable successful adoption across hospitals and long-term care organisations in the Nordics. You play a critical role throughout the sales cycle and ensure that customers achieve meaningful clinical and operational outcomes.

Your job in detail

Clinical Sales Enablement
  • Engage clinical stakeholders in hospitals and LTC organisations
  • Lead clinical discovery conversations to identify customer needs and workflows
  • Build trusted relationships with clinical decision-makers and identify improvement potential
  • Support Business Development and Account Management in advancing opportunities
  • Deliver compelling clinical presentations, demos, and workshops
Proof-of-Value (PoV) Leadership
  • Design PoV programmes and define clinical KPIs
  • Support implementation and ensure PoV success and clinical adoption
  • Analyze and communicate clinical outcomes to stakeholders
Partner Enablement and Support
  • Train partners on QUMEA's clinical value and specific use cases
  • Support partners in customer meetings and PoVs
  • Provide clinical expertise in partner-led opportunities and onboarding
  • Build strong professional relationships within partner organisations
Expansion and Clinical Advocacy
  • Support expansion initiatives and develop reference customers
  • Present clinical success stories and support industry conferences and publications
Clinical Research and Product Development
  • Act as a local client liaison for research projects
  • Support the global Product team in mapping use cases and workflows (e.g., FHIR integrations)
  • Feed local market requirements into the QUMEA product pipeline process

What you bring to the table

  • Strong clinical background with the ability to drive credibility in healthcare environments
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and building trusted relationships with clinical decision-makers
  • Ability to define and analyze clinical KPIs and operational outcomes
  • Experience supporting sales cycles and partner enablement within the health-tech industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and relevant Nordic languages
